IAAPA Summit & Latin American Amusement Expo
April 15 - 18, 2024
Doradal and Medellín ANT, Colombia
Meet us in Medellín!

Our Director of Business Development, Marlene Toussaint, Chief Creative Officer, Mel McGowan and Senior Graphic Designer, Gabriel Barletta, are attending IAAPA Summit 2024 at the Latin American Amusement Expo.

Join us as we head to the first-ever partner event between IAAPA Latin American and ACOLAP’s Latin American Amusement Expo on the largest-ever summit show floor.

Marlene and Mel will present the “Technical Trends For Experience Creation” session joined by Tania Bayona of Whitewater.

Incorporating technological trends allows you to create attractive and memorable experiences for guests and improves operational efficiency and safety standards. It is essential to balance technological advances with preserving the charm and magic of storytelling.

Storyland Studios in North and South America

Storyland Studios has produced a variety of concepts and is currently involved in several projects across the North and South America regions – bold experiences that tell stories and lift the Spirit.

Libertyland USA

Storyland Studios have partnered with the Lien Family to design a mixed-use development that will not only surprise and delight visitors of all ages, but also inspire the next generation.

Along with a theme park inspired by American heritage, the development will include a hotel and conference center; indoor/outdoor amphitheater; indoor waterpark; a retail, dining, and entertainment district (Liberty Village); and a themed RV resort.

BETHANY CHILDREN’S HEALTH CENTER

Bethany Children’s Health Center in Bethany, Oklahoma, partnered with Storyland Studios to create a themed experience that brings joy to kids and their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

The hospital serves children with complicated medical conditions, some of which are severe and terminal. As a result, many of these kids return for repeat visits over a long period of time, or even remain at Bethany for extended stays.

When kids arrive at Bethany, they’ll be immediately greeted by whimsical imagery to make them feel welcome. And when they enter the hospital, they’ll be greeted with a friendly sense of surprise and delight at every turn – giving them hope for the journey ahead.
